So far, we’ve talked to hundreds of agents about their day-to-day working practices, and have helped push a number of process improvements to carrier tools to improve your quote and enrollment experience.

We’re now looking for more agents to speak to around our areas of focus. If you have experience commissions, customer comms tools, or application hand-off to the customer we’d like to speak to you.

Our researchers run 30 minute interviews, which are kept completely confidential. We share the anonymous, collated results of our findings with the agents we’ve spoken to after the research has concluded.
